Saving the Rhino’s

By: Harrison Adams

I am interested in rhino’s because they are magnificent animals and I like their horns. They are also endangered and I want to save them.

Other people are interested in rhino’s because they are animals.
We can make a difference by saving rhino’s. That’s why people are interested because they want to save them. Many people care about animals. But are we destroying their environment?

There is a new baby rhino at the Montgomery Zoo that I am interested in! I am going to call the zoo and ask when it was born. I wonder what is the baby's favorite food. I am also wondering what section it stays in at the zoo? Maybe I can ask the zoo keeper what type of rhino it is and how old is it. The rhino’s skin is armor for them. I am in the process of calling the zoo.

I keep trying to call the Montgomery zoo but I think they are feeding the animals at this time. So I'm not giving up easily even though I can't reach them. I will talk about something else.

I am interested in their horns. This is what I know. Their horns are made out of kertai; the same thing our hair and nails are made out of. It's horns are pretty distinctive figures.

It is horrible that rhino's get killed for their horns. An extinct species of hornless rhinos was the largest land mammal of all time.

Guest what I just did; I have finally contacted the Montgomery Zoo. Rocky is his name, he was born on October 1st. He is an Indian rhino they have sharp hearing and a good sense of smell. You can find Rocky in the Asia part of the zoo. But the Indian rhino's come from India and Nepal.he has no favorite food yet he is still nursing. He has 2 hours of play time a day. The Indian rhino's habitat in the wild are, lowlands and swamps.
